What Makes My Group Coaching Different?


  • Nutrition and Fitness have the power to eliminate chronic pain and disease. My goal is to empower my clients to make health and wellness a lifestyle that serves them for years to come.

  • Working out doesn’t have to be miserable. When you pair 30 minute workouts with scientifically-backed nutrition strategies, you’ll make the most of your time in the gym and in the kitchen. The muscle-building, fat-burning workouts included with my group coaching are easy to follow and can be modified to fit any stage of fitness.

  • The key to sustained healthy habits is independence and empowerment. Instead of following impossible meal plans, you’ll learn how to take the meals your family already knows and loves, and make them healthier. You’ll have all the tools you need to learn how to make health and wellness part of your lifestyle.

  • Heck no! I had never heard the word “macro” before I started, and look at me now! As with anything new you learn, there will be a bit of a learning curve at first, but with a dedicated coach by your side and a group of women to encourage and hold you accountable, it will become second nature.

  • Nope! My group coaching has a heavy emphasis on nutrition - your results come from the kitchen. The workouts will only speed up the results that the nutrition is getting you. However, the workouts are only 30 minutes and are highly effective and customizable for any stage, so I always recommend trying them.

  • The problem with diets is that they are based on the restriction of calories. When you restrict calories you may lose weight, but the weight lost is not just fat, it’s mainly muscle. Since more muscle = a faster metabolism, the loss of muscle slows your metabolism down. This is why you stop seeing results, then tend to gain it all back plus some. After long-term restriction your metabolism has slowed significantly.

    My group coaching program works differently. The strategies are proven to rev up your metabolism and promote fat loss - not just weight loss. It’s not a quick fix, but it’s a long-term lifestyle change.

  • Item Not a problem! The meal plan is just there as a guide. You do not have to follow it - in fact, I encourage my clients to make a few simple swaps to clean up the recipes you already know and love. Plus, I’ll give you a few new family-friendly ideas as well!

  • This program is not meant to treat any medical condition. I always advise speaking to your doctor if you have a medical condition you are concerned about. However, the strategies (eating whole food nutrition, intermittent fasting, proper hydration, carb cycling, intentional workouts, prioritizing sleep, lowering stress, etc) are beneficial to almost everyone!

  • Yes! I will teach you how to incorporate those fun foods into your diet in a way that still helps you reach your goals. My goal is to create a healthy lifestyle with you. If that includes alcohol and chocolate - let’s make it work!

  • YES... and No! I can help you get to the healthiest version of yourself! If that is 45lbs lighter, ABSOLUTELY we will get you there - but t I do not want an arbitrary number to be your goal. I want you to focus on becoming the healthiest version of yourself, not the smallest.

  • YUP! Because we focus on eating whole food nutrition and properly fueling your body, pregnant and nursing moms are sure to be eating adequately enough to take care of themselves and their little ones! We do have some modifications for pregnant and nursing moms, and I have coached dozens of women in this stage of life with ZERO issues. I even have a cheat sheet for you with everything you need to know in one place!

  • OF COURSE! I could never support a program that didn't allow coffee (#momlife). Coffee is totally fine in your fasting window, it is just what you add in your coffee that gets a little tricky. But have no fear, I have lots of tips, tricks, and recommendations to help!

I’m so glad you’re here

My name is Anna Marie and I’m here to help YOU become the HEALTHIEST and HAPPIEST version of yourself! I’m 35 years old and live right outside Memphis, TN. I am married to my high school sweetheart and we are blessed with four kiddos. In February of 2020 I took a leap of faith and became certified to coach the FASTer Way to Fat Loss. At the time I was working as a dental hygienist, but knew I had to spread the word about this program in a big way! It has been such an honor to share this program with hundreds of clients near and far, helping them find food freedom while fulfilling their purpose in life with energy.

Whether you’re a chronic yo-yo dieter, a busy mom desperate for more energy, an endurance athlete wanting to learn how to better fuel your body, a dad who has no clue how to eat healthily, or a woman entering menopause and feeling out of whack, I will meet you where you are in your health journey and help you feel better.
